Formula: Chamomile, Lavender, Catnip, Lemon Balm, Passionflower, Valerian Root

Catnip: Has mild sedative effects that can promote relaxation and improve sleep quality. It contains compounds like nepetalactone that act on receptors in the brain, inducing drowsiness.*

Lemon Balm: Contains calming properties that help reduce anxiety and promote relaxation. With compounds like rosmarinic acid and flavonoids, which have sedative effects and may improve sleep quality.*

Fill 2tsp of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 6-8 minutes or until desired strength is reached.
